We intentionally create a collaborative, learning environment, where all team members are encouraged to share ideas and pose questions.
Our firm is collaborative by design, encouraging every team member to share ideas and ask questions. We invest in our people's advancement, from client-facing experience early on to a track record of promotion from within. We encourage staff involvement in professional organizations, support career certifications, and provide paid time for conferences, training and skill-building. Our internal "brownbag" series lets staff present their own projects, sharpening both expertise and presentation skills.
We take our mission seriously and our fun seriously too. Happy hours, service days, potlucks, and firmwide summer and holiday celebrations mark both work and personal milestones along the way.
