Adam Daniel
Adam’s education and experience inspire him to pursue creative solutions at the intersection of finance and urban planning.
Leveraging his background in real estate finance, community development and financial analysis, Adam has guided public and private clients on the use of TIF and other tools to close gaps in the financial feasibility of new residential, industrial and commercial development. Additionally, he has worked with numerous municipalities in creating, structuring and implementing financial incentives to attract development, contributing to programs such as the Downtown Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative in La Porte, IN, and the IST Multifamily Rental Development Program in Alachua County, FL. He has also conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis for catalytic projects, such as the Chicago Transit Authority’s Red Line Extension, and the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for Cook County, IL.
Adam has a particular interest in the adaptive reuse and preservation of historic buildings, and currently serves on Landmarks Illinois’ Skyline Council and Reinvestment Committee.
