Alex Craig

Alex is an NMTC transaction and asset management specialist committed to demystifying complex financing to bring real impact to communities across the country.

Alex brings a background in tax accounting and finance to support SB Friedman's New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) practice. As a project manager on the Transaction Closing and Asset Management team, Alex works with both Qualified Active Low-Income Community Business (QALICB) and Community Development Entity (CDE) clients and has assisted with transaction closings totaling over $350 million in NMTC allocation. He also leads the management of loan servicing, accounting and audit/tax compliance for our CDE clients.
