Christine Villacorta

Christine works with clients to leverage data and storytelling, positioning complex projects for investment.

Christine is a leader in SB Friedman’s community impact work, helping clients distill multifaceted projects into compelling narratives that position them to secure critical financing. She combines expertise in impact measurement and communication with a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities and a passion for community development. Since joining the firm in 2017, Christine has helped clients secure more than $800 million in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation for projects across the country and guided Community Development Entity (CDE) clients through competitive allocation applications that have resulted in more than $600 million in NMTC awards.
