Danielle specializes in using project impact data and storytelling to secure federal NMTC allocations for clients as part of the firm’s NMTC Community Impact team.
Danielle is passionate about improving social determinants of health through community development efforts. She partners with clients to collect, analyze and synthesize complex impact information into compelling project narratives to attract New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investment in disinvested areas. Since joining SB Friedman, Danielle has supported over 10 NMTC transactions for mission-driven project sponsors, totaling over $360M in allocation to date. She has also supported five successful NMTC applications, securing $330M in tax credits for Community Development Entities (CDEs).
