Fran is a trusted advisor, helping clients nationwide achieve their community, economic and real estate development goals.
Fran believes that collaboration, rigorous analysis, and a focus on solutions lead to successful community development outcomes. As Managing Partner, she brings over 15 years of experience developing creative, implementable solutions to guide reinvestment in communities. Her expertise in market analysis, development finance and implementation strategies have been key to informing numerous planning, policy and development decisions. She has led citywide and regional planning efforts, crafted economic development and housing strategies, and underwritten or structured over $2 billion in public assistance for a diverse mix of projects across the country.
Fran serves on the Advisory Board of Urban Land Institute Chicago.
