Joe specializes in real estate markets and economic development, supporting clients in making informed land use and public policy decisions.
Since joining SB Friedman, Joe has participated in large-scale planning initiatives nationwide, including market studies for downtown plans in Chicago and Denver, a transit-oriented development plan for a BRT route in Jacksonville, FL, and an economic impact analysis of freeway configuration alternatives in Milwaukee. He has also conducted an analysis to evaluate the ability of sales tax reform to mitigate an over $700 million funding shortfall for Chicagoland transit. Prior to joining the firm, Joe was a land use planner for Waukesha County, WI.
