Lille enjoys helping clients achieve their policy goals through data-driven decision-making and strategic investment.

Lille brings over five years of experience in market and housing analyses, corridor planning studies, special taxing district services, and gap financing/”but for” underwriting. While at SB Friedman, she has worked on large-scale planning initiatives such as the Central Area Plan 2045 for greater downtown Chicago, and a Regional Housing Strategy for Dane County, WI. She has also collaborated with clients on tactical project implementation and structuring public-private partnerships throughout Chicagoland, including for the Village of Lansing, the Village of Orland Park, and the City of Geneva.
