Luke Kalaydjian
Luke applies his experience in cross-sector partnerships and participatory placemaking to drive community-minded investments bringing critical services to underserved areas.
At SB Friedman, Luke analyzes community impacts on behalf of our Community Development Entities (CDEs) and project-sponsor clients, providing meaningful insights on quantitative and qualitative impact data and preparing data-backed narratives for New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) applications and deals. Prior to joining the firm, Luke interned with Concordia in New York City where he facilitated partnerships for social impact by evaluating cross-sector initiatives and supported nonprofit and public-sector engagement.
