Matthew Todd

Matthew empowers clients to complete diverse projects and build stronger communities through the use of NMTC financing.

Matthew has a background in affordable housing finance, impact investing and asset management. At SB Friedman, he assists in structuring New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) deals and supporting clients through the post-NMTC closing compliance window. Matthew previously worked at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta as a Senior Program Associate as part of the Affordable Housing Funds team, playing an integral role in originating over $54 million in impact loans and grants to affordable housing development in Atlanta.
