Mena Mohamed

Mena’s experience in real estate analysis, economic development and stakeholder engagement drives her interest in supporting communities to advance their unique planning and development goals.

Her work at the firm includes market analyses, financial feasibility assessments and tax projections for various municipal clients to inform development, policy and land use strategies. Before joining SB Friedman, Mena was a Research Analyst and Lead Generation Manager at the Washington DC Economic Partnership, where she led research efforts on the city's real estate landscape, planning and development initiatives, and economic sectors.
