Promit is passionate about leveraging innovative financing mechanisms and development strategy to facilitate catalytic development outcomes.

Promit's work involves fiscal and economic impact analysis, market analysis and development strategy, financial deal reviews, and development advisory services. His experience includes assessing the feasibility of a joint development program to support transit-adjacent development across Chicagoland; conducting a fiscal impact analysis for a transformative traditional neighborhood development in Mundelein, IL; analyzing the economic impact of the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Livable Centers Initiative over a 25-year period; and preparing a market study to support the Columbus (IN) Downtown 2030 Strategic Plan. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Promit worked in the Office of Freight and Aviation Planning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, where he evaluated the impact of e-commerce and freight network activity on the region’s transportation infrastructure.
