NMTC for Community Development Entities
Atlanta, GA
AEMI is the Community Development Entity (CDE) controlled by Invest Atlanta, the City of Atlanta’s economic development agency. When SB Friedman was engaged in 2012, AEMI had experienced three consecutive unsuccessful NMTC applications. We were engaged to help revise the CDE’s business strategy to be more competitive, laying the foundation for a sustained run of success. Since then, we have continued to successfully help AEMI navigate changes in the NMTC program to ensure AEMI remains competitive.
