Lance Dorn

Lance is an urban planning, real estate and economic development strategist focused on making a positive, meaningful impact on the built environment and the communities it serves.

Lance's expertise spans real estate and land use economics, development finance, implementation strategy, and community development. For over 15 years, he has assisted public, nonprofit and institutional clients across the country with translating development visions into actionable plans that advance economic growth, neighborhood revitalization and community investment goals. He brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to land use decision making, and the structuring of public-private partnerships to support transformative real estate projects. 

 

Lance serves on the Board of Directors of Community Desk Chicago, a nonprofit focused on advancing economic prosperity in historically disinvested and underserved communities on Chicago’s South and West Sides.
