Ranadip is an economic development advisor dedicated to creating inclusive, high-quality urban environments.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate market analysis, pro-forma modeling and public-private financing tools, he guides community plans from vision to implementation. He has helped cities, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) and state agencies evaluate the effectiveness of their funding mechanisms, leverage existing resources, and design innovative funding toolkits that advance public policy goals, infrastructure investment, and redevelopment in underserved markets. This work has facilitated downtown revitalization, transit-oriented development, expanded housing supply, and anti-displacement efforts throughout the nation.
Ranadip is a board member of the Chicago Region Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, a land economics honor society.
