Caitlin is a leader in real estate economics, redevelopment strategy and public-private finance who helps communities translate ambitious visions into market-supported, financially feasible strategies.
Caitlin specializes in analyzing and aligning market realities, fiscal considerations and community priorities to deliver plans and policies that lead to measurable economic outcomes. She has led assignments across the country supporting comprehensive, corridor, downtown, transit-oriented development, and station-area planning initiatives, as well as major transportation and real estate investments. She also advises communities on structuring public-private partnerships and leveraging tools such as tax increment financing and other special districts to overcome development barriers and advance catalytic projects. Caitlin develops practical strategies that attract investment and move complex initiatives from planning through implementation.
