Geoff Dickinson

With over 20 years of experience, Geoff identifies the unique strengths, challenges and aspirations of a community and turns that understanding into action for clients.

Geoff is a real estate and economic development advisor with expertise in special taxing districts, market and financial feasibility analysis, public-private partnerships, and development strategy and implementation. His work includes feasibility assessments for the establishment of special districts and urban renewal areas; market studies — both site-specific and areawide — supporting planning and transit-oriented development (TOD) efforts; and development advisory and TIF consulting services to help clients achieve various strategic economic development initiatives. He brings strong problem-solving skills to help communities move development forward.

 

Geoff serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Tax Increment Association.
